These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gv7777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gv7777 website located at https://gv7777.cam and all associated services, features, content, applications and tools made available through it.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

gv7777 is an English-language online gaming information platform focused on the Pakistan market. All content is provided for informational purposes. gv7777 does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and does not claim endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority or financial institution.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an account on gv7777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where the Platform does not hold a valid operating license.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the Platform. Only one account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a corporate entity for the purposes of gambling.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor or close family member of any such person employed by gv7777 or its affiliated operators.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded or permanently excluded from the Platform or any affiliated operator platform.

gv7777 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Pakistani users should note that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 imposes restrictions on gambling activity in Pakistan. Accessing the Platform is done at the User's own risk and legal responsibility.

To create an account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal — and at any point during the account lifecycle at the Platform's discretion — you may be required to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of a registered mobile wallet account in your name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete. Accounts found to have provided false or misleading identity information will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited subject to applicable law.

One Account Policy: Each user is strictly limited to one registered account. Duplicate accounts, whether detected through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses or payment methods, will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.

gv7777 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods. For the convenience of Pakistani users, the Platform provides informational references to commonly used Pakistani payment options including mobile wallets and bank transfers. These references are provided as contextual information only and do not constitute endorsement of or affiliation with any specific payment provider.

General Deposit Conditions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR or the applicable account currency. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of the transaction.
• gv7777 does not accept deposits sourced from credit cards where this is prohibited under the operator's license conditions.
• The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above specified thresholds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations.

gv7777 is not responsible for any delays, fees or rejections applied by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals of real-money funds are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your account must have passed all applicable identity verification checks before any withdrawal is approved.
• Same Method Rule: Withdrawals are typically processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and applicable limits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies per method. The current minimum is displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one to three business days, subject to verification status and payment method processing times. During peak periods — including major PSL and ICC match days — review times may be extended.
• Pending Wagering Requirements: Any portion of your balance subject to an outstanding wagering requirement is not withdrawable until that requirement is fully satisfied. Real-money and bonus funds are tracked separately in the cashier.
• Withdrawal Fees: gv7777 does not charge withdrawal fees from its side. Third-party payment processor fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User.

The Platform reserves the right to delay or reverse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or where a KYC document review is pending.

From time to time, gv7777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x) and qualifying game contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible verified account holders only. One bonus offer per person, per household and per IP address applies unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus carries an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the offer terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published with each offer.
• Bet Size Restriction: While active bonus wagering is ongoing, maximum bet sizes may apply per spin or per round to prevent accelerated wagering. Bets exceeding the stated maximum during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse and Multi-Account Exploitation: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated accounts, arbitrage strategies or systematic bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

gv7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, Users who have already commenced wagering will retain their accumulated progress subject to the operator's discretion.

The following rules govern gameplay across all product verticals offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, esports and instant games:

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and conditions displayed at the time the bet is placed. gv7777 covers a wide range of cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Pakistan national team matches and bilateral series — alongside football, UFC, esports and other international sports.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are accepted at the Platform's discretion and subject to live odds at the moment of acceptance.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed due to technical error, incorrect odds, or an obvious pricing mistake.
• Where a match is abandoned or not completed within the time frame defined in the specific sport's rules, settlement rules described in the sports betting rules section of the Platform apply.

Casino & Slots:

• All casino games — including live dealer tables, slot titles and instant games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages. They do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the game's last recorded state on the server. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the User's side.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the Platform's server records constitute the definitive record. Users may raise disputes within 30 days of the event in question by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 12.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set at account level. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period before they become active.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Colluding with other players on live dealer tables or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to disguise the source or ownership of funds transacted on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Users who discover any such issue are obligated to notify support immediately without exploiting it.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC or any other verification process.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, live dealer personnel or other users through any Platform communication channel.
• Sharing access to your account with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your account on your behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gv7777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether in sports betting, casino games, slots, esports or any other product vertical.
• Technical failures, interruptions, errors or outages affecting the Platform, including during high-traffic periods such as PSL finals, ICC tournament matches or major UFC events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including mobile wallet providers or Pakistani banking institutions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, RTP figures or promotional terms.
• Service unavailability caused by Force Majeure events, regulatory action, internet infrastructure failures or cyberattacks beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where the Platform is found liable for any claim arising from these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of gv7777 to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments: gv7777 reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their account where practicable. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating license is held. Users acknowledge that the Platform does not operate under Pakistani law and that any disputes are to be resolved in the jurisdiction specified in the operator's license conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and gv7777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
